Sales Team Lead – Civil Servant Pay Slip Loans

Overview

Our client, is a leading digital platform in Kenya. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Lead to spearhead our Civil Servant Pay Slip Loans division. This role is pivotal in driving loan uptake among government employees, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales agents/loan oficers to achieve monthly sales targets and maintain portfolio quality.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the civil servant segment.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess team performance, providing coaching and support to ensure targets are met.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all loan applications and processes adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships

Additional education

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field.

Experience

Additional experience

• Minimum 3 years sales management experience.

• Strong leadership and team management
• Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of loan product and civil servant market segment.
