Job Summary

Our client is seeking qualified and motivated hospitality professionals to join their team in Kuwait on a 2-year renewable contract. The recruitment is open to both male and female candidates with experience in hospitality, food service, customer service, and related hotel operations.

Successful candidates will be placed in various hospitality positions depending on their qualifications, experience, and suitability. Available opportunities include Waiters/Waitresses, Hosts/Hostesses, Cashiers, Bartenders, Cooks, Chefs, Baristas, Storekeepers, Pastry Chefs, Kitchen Helpers, and other related hospitality roles.

The successful candidates will be expected to provide excellent customer service, maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism, and contribute effectively to the smooth running of hotel and food service operations.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary depending on the position, but may include:

Providing professional and courteous service to guests and customers.

Taking and processing customer orders accurately.

Preparing and serving food and beverages in line with established standards.

Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization within assigned work areas.

Handling cash and processing payments accurately where applicable.

Assisting with food preparation, cooking, baking, or kitchen operations as assigned.

Maintaining proper stock levels and supporting inventory management where applicable.

Ensuring food, beverages, equipment, and service areas meet required quality and hygiene standards.

Responding professionally to customer requests and concerns.

Working effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.

Adhering to company policies, health and safety requirements, and workplace procedures.

Performing any other duties relevant to the assigned hospitality position.

Minimum Certificate-level qualification relevant to hospitality, food service, or the applied position.

Relevant work experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, catering, or food service will be an added advantage.

Must be aged 21–35 years.

Open to both male and female candidates.

Must be physically and medically fit to work.

Must possess a valid passport suitable for international travel.

Must provide a Police Clearance Certificate issued within the last six months.

Must provide a current Curriculum Vitae (CV).

Must provide a recommendation letter.

Must provide relevant academic/professional certificates.

Must demonstrate good communication, teamwork, discipline, and customer-service skills.

Candidates must be willing and available to relocate to Kuwait for the duration of the contract.
