Position: Sales Rider

Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Githunguri Kiambu County

Job objective: Ensure they open new market by researching for clientele and enhancing exposure on Palmhouse products.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure market opportunities are analysed in given routes
• Ensuring new markets are opened in planned routes
• Ensure there is customer satisfaction in all routes provided
• Collecting customer orders from designated routes
• Ensure price comparison is done as per analysis collected from different routes
• Ensure daily reports are provided to the concerned departmental
• Making follow up on products, customers complains and ensure proper customer satisfaction is done.

Education

• •Diploma or Certificate

Additional education

• Diploma or certificate in sales and marketing or any other business related courses
• Must have a valid riding license

Experience

Additional experience

• 1 year experience in sales and marketing development
• Must be a rider with riding experience of 2 years both in rural and urban areas

• Effective Communication

Additional skills

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Good in selling and marketing products
• Aware of all NTSA Rules and guidelines
