Are you passionate about sales, people, and property? We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales journey.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, site visits, and digital platforms
• Conduct property presentations, site tours, and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners
• Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Negotiate deals and support clients through the sales process up to closure
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property availability
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer experience teams to drive brand visibility and lead generation

Additional education

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field

Additional experience

• 2–5 years’ experience in sales, real estate sales, property management, or customer-facing roles is an added advantage

Additional skills

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
