Sales Executive

Overview

We are a manufacturer of Automobile Leaf Springs and Import other Automotive Parts. We have been in operation since 1996 and supply our products across Kenya and the neighboring countries. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual in our Sales Department.

Job brief description

The candidate will assist the sales department by meeting planned goals, new lead generation, order processing, maintaining customer relationships and addressing customer concerns.

You will also be responsible for overlooking Junior staff members and training them.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Sales procedures (SOPs) are followed
• CRM especially with key customers
• Regular customer visits within Nairobi and sometimes outside Nairobi
• Follow up customers on collections
• Sales Documents/Records Management
• Sales Order Processing
• Customer Acquisition
• Branding and Brand Management
• Assist with Retail Sales
• Regular communication with the Sales Director

Additional education

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Experience

Additional experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in direct sales
• Experience in compiling and presenting reports
• Experience in using CRM tools
• Experience in the Automotive Industry will also be an added advantage

Additional skills

• Communication Skills: Ability to write clearly and communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
• Attention to Detail: Careful with tasks like proofreading content, analyzing data, and organizing materials.
