PARTS ASSISTANT

Overview

Our client, a leading car dealer in the market is hiring a Parts Assistant

Overall Job Purpose

To facilitate efficient flow of parts from distribution to the point of sale and to perform sales activities in an efficient manner and that Parts management is handled through the ERP at all times.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Answer phone calls and respond to queries and requests about
2. Receiving the parts from suppliers in the warehouse and confirming that the supplied is as per the initial company request.
3. Establish and maintain favorable relationships with local parts dealers and service shops to the distribution of Isuzu genuine parts to the point-of-sale.
4. Make regular visits to fleet customers who have their own workshop to gain an understanding of their parts
5. Provide monthly reporting and implementation of Parts performance plan and achievement of set Parts Sales
6. Any other duty as assigned from time to time.

Additional education

• Certification in automotive engineering is desirable.

Experience

Additional experience

• Two years of relevant experience.

Additional skills

• Proficiency in Computer applications.
