Operations Manager

Overview

Responsible for creating & maintaining relations with clients, insurance companies and managing the underwriting and claims process in the organization and offer technical assistance to the team and business growth.

Responsibilities

Key Roles

• Advising and arranging covers with the insured with competent underwriters
• Advising the client on changes on the insurance market and development of new insurance products
• Arranging unique tailor-made products which meet client’s needs
• Ensure delivery of exceptional customer experience.
• Provide contribution and support to strategic direction of the company
• Assess client’s current and future insurance needs
• Develop new markets and new business.

• Bachelors degree

• Bachelors degree in a business-related course

• CII/IIK

At least 4 CII/IIK papers
