Operations Manager

Overview

Our Client the Insurance Sector seeks to identify and recruit a qualified personnel for the Operations Manager position.

Responsible for creating & maintaining relations with clients, insurance companies and managing the underwriting and claims process in the organization and offer technical assistance to the team and business growth.

Responsibilities

Key Roles

• Advising the client on changes on the insurance market and development of new insurance products.
• Arranging unique tailor made products which meet the client’s needs.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional customer experience.
• Provide contribution and support to strategic direction of the company
• Develop strong and fruitful relationships with clients and insurance companies.
• Ensure adherence to the signed Service Level Agreement
• Assess clients' current and future insurance needs
• Research on insurance policies and products
• Develop New markets and new business.

Education

• Bachelors Degree

Additional education

• Bachelors Degree in a business related course
• At least 4 CII / IIK papers
