Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Reports To: Director/ business development manager
Employment Type: Full-time

Salary; 30,000

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience across various marketing functions.

Responsibilities

Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, give aways, promo material etc ).
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance metrics.
Conduct competitor analysis to support campaign planning.
Support the team in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
Liaise with external vendors and partners when needed.
Track inventory of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Requirements and qualifications

Additional education

Certificate/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Experience

2 Years

Additional experience

0–2 years of experience in a marketing-related role or internship.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Hootsuite) is a plus.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Additional skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with attention to detail.
