Interior Designer/Architect

Overview

Interbuild Limited is looking for a skilled and creative Interior Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD and 3D rendering software, and capable of taking projects from concept to completion within a fast-paced design and build environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts and space planning layouts based on client requirements. •Prepare accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD. •Produce high-quality 3D renders and visualizations using tools such as SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, 3ds Max, D5 or similar. •Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting in line with project goals and budgets. •Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project teams to ensure design integrity throughout the project lifecycle. •Conduct site visits and provide design input during implementation.

Additional education

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior design, preferably in a design & build firm.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, 3ds Max, D5).

• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
