Interior Designer

Overview

We are looking for a creative and talented Interior Designer to join our team at QV interiors. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet our clients' needs and vision. If you have a passion for design, an eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

1. Client Consultation.

Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
Discuss project scope, timelines, and desired outcomes.

2. Design Development.

Create design concepts that align with the client’s vision and functionality requirements.
Develop mood boards, sketches, and layouts to communicate ideas.
Use design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit) to create detailed plans and 3D models.

3. Project Coordination.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to execute the design.
Oversee on-site progress, ensuring the project stays on track and meets design specifications.

4. Budget and Timeline Management.

Develop and manage project budgets.
Ensure timely completion of milestones and address any delays or issues.

5. Styling and Final Presentation.

Style spaces with Cabinets and accessories to achieve the desired look.
Conduct a final walkthrough with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Additional education

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Interior Design or related field.

Experience

Additional experience

• 2 - 3 years of experience in residential design.

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Sketchup and Articad.
