Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and professional Human Resource Officer to join our team at COLNET LIMITED. As a leading environmental care management company, we specialize in providing comprehensive services such as waste management, pest control, landscaping, and cleaning to a diverse clientele.
Position Overview:
The Human Resource Officer will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day HR operations within our organization.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent for our organization, utilizing a variety of recruitment channels and methods.
Employee Relations: Oversee and manage all aspects of employee relations, including but not limited to handling employee complaints, and disputes, and addressing various employee concerns.
Compensation and Benefits Administration: Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits processing for the organization.
Training and Development: Identify training needs within the organization, and design and implement tailored training and development programs to enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and abilities.
Policy Development: Lead the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Performance Management: Conduct performance appraisals by company policies, review employee performance, and ensure alignment with established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Human Resource Information Systems: Take charge of the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems, streamlining processes, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate in the development and execution of HR budgets and forecasts, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the organization's leadership team.
Requirements and qualifications
Additional education
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Must hold a professional qualification in HR and a member of IHRM
