Overview

We are offering a three months industrial attachment to continuing Undergraduate/Diploma students in Human Resource Management or related course for a period of three months ( November 2022 to January 2023)

Location: Westlands, Nairobi

Responsibilities

Post current openings on My Jobs In Kenya Website
Prepare Job descriptions of various Job Openings
Carry out initial shortlist for interviews
Schedule interview, call potential candidates for interviews
Send shortlist and regret emails to candidates
Keep an eye on current talent pool and available talent for hire
Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements and qualifications

Additional education

Continuing Degree/ Diploma students in Human Resource management, Business administration or related.

None

Additional skills

Proficiency in MS Office
Effective communication skills
