HOTEL MANAGER

Overview

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the position of a manager for a medium sized hotel situated about 160 kilometers north of Nairobi.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operating officer of the hotel.
• Communicate the hotel's goals and strategies to the support staff and ensure that they are executed with the common goal of the hotel's expectations.
• Monitoring the quality of the hotel's services, including management and oversight of hotel activities.
• Facilitates the relationships between employees, guests, and clients
• Manages all aspects of hotel operations, including the development and execution of operational policies and the management of human resources and personnel policies.

Additional education

• The suitable candidate should be a Diploma graduate in Hotel Management from Kenya Utalii College or a similar institution.
• A degree in the same field will have an added advantage.

Experience

Additional experience

• Minimum 5-year experience.
• Attained the age of 35years and above.
• Computer Literacy.
• Management skills.

Additional skills

• The hotel is looking for a hardworking, honest and a person of unquestionable integrity.
