We are looking for a Head of Car Sales to drive business growth through aggressive customer acquisition & customer retention, achieving sales targets and growing market share.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of car sales officers and ensure they hit their sales target
• Develop sales strategies for achievement of set monthly KPI’s
• Create and build relationships with car clients, and the decision-makers within the car
  industry
• Understand and stay abreast of and comply with local regulations that affect the automobile sales industry
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor

Experience

Additional experience

• 2-3 years of experience in selling of second hand local vehicles
• 2 - 3 years managing a team of car sales officers
• Experience in the end to end process of selling locally used vehicles

Additional skills

• Excellent sales, leadership, communication and reporting skills
• Established relationship with car yards, brokers, dealers and banks will be an added advantage
• Aggressive go getter attitude
• Knowledge of Google Office Suite
