Overview

DESIGNATION: FINANCE MANAGER

REPORTEE: ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

REPORTING TO: MD & MG

Salary: 50,000

Responsibilities

• Strategic financial planning and budgeting
• Daily posting and reporting to management
• Update and secure funds for compliance
• Daily expenditures monitoring controlling
• Payroll functions
• Vendor payments processing & vendor management
• Cash management (petty cash)
• Financial reports generation and submission
• Bills vouchers filling
• Internal external audit support
• Follow compliances with with local tax laws
• Book keeping, ledger management, posting in quickbooks
• Soa sending emails, hard copies and followups
• Prudent financial controls and risk management procedures in place
• Collaborate, design, implement & review finance system policies and procedures
• Posting received amounts & clients Soa in ERP to maintain upto date

Additional education

• Diploma or degree in Commerce in Accounting, Finance or related fields
• CPA is a must

Experience

Additional experience

• At least 4 years’ relevant experience preferably in the transport industry
• Audit experienced is an added advantage
