BRANCH MANAGER

Overview

CFG-ISUZU is an authorized IEA dealer with its Head quarter in Kitale and branches in Nairobi, Bungoma and Lodwar.

To continue operating at our high standards, we’re seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join us. As an ideal candidate, you’ll be a born leader with previous managerial experience. You’ll have proven experience overseeing and coordinating all operations of the branch, creating and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency and achieve financial targets of the branch.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity, enhancing and strengthening Isuzu brand image in the region.
• Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement.
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction is obtained by managing customer’s complaints and implementing IEA standards at the branch.
• Closely liaise with parts Department to monitor inventory turnover days so as to determine appropriate inventory volume that is aligned to the set branch targets.
• Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
• Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
• Customer follow –up on workshop matters and a follow up on w.i.p i.e. recoveries complains and queries and provide suitable solutions in compliance to Isuzu aftersales policy.
• Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time
• Managing, planning, motivation and ensuring that the branch Team meets the set performance targets through appropriate periodic and timely performance monitoring evaluations and management.
• Ensuring that proper processes and procedures are followed by all staffs
• To ensure timely resolution of employees grievances and challenges by taking up issues with concerned persons to ensure employee satisfaction.

Additional education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or management, economics, Accounting or another related field from a reputable institution.

Must have 5 years of relevant working experience in the automotive industry, with 3 years in a managerial position
