Watch Repair Manager

Responsibilities

1. Achieve/ exceed personal and division’s repair targets.

2. Train and Coach staff on basic repairs and trouble shooting

3. Meet the set deadlines on repairs.

4. Work on weekly/ monthly reports.

5. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers by handling all complains and queries

6. Handling Purchases and ordering of spare parts

7. Pricing of all repairs.

8. Analyze repair revenue reports and make yearly / monthly forecasts.

9. Scouting for potential customers.

Education

• Diploma of Higher Education

Degree or diploma in related field

3 Years’ experience in repairs

1.Must have the availability and the ability to work a flexible schedule to meets the demands of a retail business and retail consumer which may include regular nights, weekends, long and short shifts.

2. Strong Computer skills: Microsoft Office.

3. Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

4 Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service.

5. Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English
