Overview

Our client is a tour company based in Nairobi, offering tours and safaris across Kenya and beyond. Our client is seeking to hire a qualified, highly motivated and experienced Tour Company Accommodation Reservations Officer.

Responsibilities

Description:

1. Preparing and sending accommodation booking vouchers to various lodges
2. Follow up on accommodation confirmations and payments

Additional education

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a Hospitality or Tourism related field.

More Details on Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, within Kenya.
• Must have an excellent command of the English language – both spoken and written.
• Commendable official writing skills and fluent communication, both in person and on phone.
• Intentionally confidential and with high standards of integrity to avoid any conflict of interest.
• Must be fully computer literate and skilled in Emails and Microsoft software
