Our client in the hospitality industry is looking for a Supervisor.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure maximum cooperation between all department staff and handle any queries that might arise between the staffs.
  • In charge of assets and inventory stock supervision.
  • In charge of all Company license.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
  • Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space.
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the Company to facilitate other business operations.
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation in lies with procurement staff.
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons.
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
  • In Charge of all Departments and act in absence of accountants or stock controllers.


  • Diploma in Food and Beverage Management

More Details on Experience

  • 4 years experience in the hospitality industry.
  • 2 years experience working in a bar set up.
  • Must have worked in a well recognized bar/club.
