Overview

Our client, a leading car dealer in the market is hiring a Service Advisor

Overall Job Purpose

To provide solutions to Customers and express customer concerns or requests to workshop section, display exemplary customer care service skills and sales- minded attitude at all times.

Responsibilities

1. Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop offs and vehicle pick-ups.
2. Coordinate preparation of repair estimate; create vehicle repair orders and maintenance for authorization through the application of the ERP.
3. Perform joint inspection of vehicles with the customers and accurately capture all customers’ issues.
4. Provide timely updates to customers on status and progress of maintenance of their vehicles with the objectives of managing customer expectations.
5. Respond to and resolve customer escalations within the expected timelines.
6. Provide daily management WIP and customer requirements on daily basis.

Additional education

• Diploma level 1,11, 111 in Automotive Engineering
• KCSE, minimum of C- plain

Experience

Additional experience

• Experience or certification with a specific manufacturer is a bonus.
• Proficiency in Computer applications

Additional skills

• Ability to work extended hours and weekends when required.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
