Job description
Overview
To promote inclusive education principles and practices at primary level to create an inclusive education environment where children especially girls can attend, stay in school longer, and receive a quality education.
The role is to support the target partners in integrating and implementing inclusive education for all children of the target districts, irrespective of their gender ethnicity, social background, language, and physical disability.
Responsibilities
- Manage, coach and motivate a high performing project team within the performance management framework, ensuring application of VSO people-first principles
- Apply VSO people-first principles in volunteer management and support; Provide volunteers with personal support if appropriate.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
- In coordination with M&E team, ensure delivery of project M&E and communications plans; including documentation of good practices and case studies for visibility and reporting;
Partnership Management:
- Ensure partners are engaged in project planning and review processes;
Project Team management:
- Apply VSO people-first principles in volunteer management and support; Provide volunteers with personal support if appropriate.;
