Reporting to the Head of Sales, the incumbents will be tasked with growing revenue for radio, television, digital, print, and events through the delivery of world class solutions for our clients and partners.



  • Meet your performance targets and KPIs as set by management annually.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth for Radio Africa’s digital, print, radio, television and events outlets (platforms)
  • Acquire new clientele on a monthly basis for all outlets
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales Executives across all departments in Radio Africa Group
  • Maintain effective customer care through use of the company’s Customer Relationship Management system (ERP).
  • Submit weekly, monthly and annual forecasts to help determine which clients to critically focus on to maximize sales volume and growth.
  • Follow up on collections and ensure timely payment
  • Adhere to the company’s credit policy with no debt beyond the 30-day credit period.
  • Provide excellent account management and in line with this cultivate first point contact between the stations and clients and use excellent interpersonal skills to keep the business relationships strong.
  • Handle sales administration issues as necessary.
  • Conduct price surveys, customer satisfaction surveys and other market research in liaison with the R&D Department.
  • Conduct market intelligence on digital gaps and business opportunities and guide the Client Solutions team on opportunities on the ground and how best to take advantage of them.
  • Work closely with the Omnichannel Division section to prepare briefs that can sell and position them as per the Company’s strategy.
  • Prepare weekly reports and any other reports as agreed with the Head of Sales to provide timely guidance on any intervention.
  • Reconcile customers’ accounts on monthly basis and work with Accounts to ensure monthly statements are signed off and dispatched to agencies.


  • Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Sales or related field
  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Public Relations
  • CIM, MSK, PRSK membership
