Our client is looking for highly motivated Collection Agents to recover outstanding debts from clients. The ideal candidates will have excellent negotiation skills, a strong sense of professionalism, and the ability to work independently.

Compensation: No retainer; attractive commission based earnings

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to negotiate and collect outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and client interactions.
• Develop repayment plans based on customers’ financial situations.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
• Adhere to legal and company policies when handling debt collection.

Additional education

• Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
