Our clients are looking for self-driven and motivated individuals to join their team as Debt Collection Agents. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to follow up on overdue accounts and recover debts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful debt recovery.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements while adhering to company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of debt collection activities and ensure proper documentation.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with clients at all times.
• Provide regular progress reports to the team leader or supervisor.

Additional education

Highschool certificate or its equivalent is required.

Experience

Additional experience

A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in debt collection.
