Over-all Job Purpose

In a period of twelve months, the Customer service intern will Identify customer needs, respond to customer queries and collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer services and brand awareness.


Key Responsibilities

  • To follow up on customer’s experience through making calls 3 days after delivery of Vehicle Sales and After-Vehicle Service.
  • Issue report on customer’s experience every mid-month and end-month (report template will be provided).
  • Support in resolving customer complaints by ensuring escalations sent through IEA are closed in 24hrs.
  • Assist in organizing customer events through calls or other channels.
  • Attending customer events
  • Inputting service database due every 5th of the month.
  • Calling customers for Periodic Maintenance (PM)/ Periodic Inspection (PI). 8. Any other duties that will be assigned by management from time to time


  • Diploma certificate in Business Management or its equivalent.

  • A fresh graduate with a one year expereince or less
