Business Development Manager

Overview

Our Client the Insurance Sector seeks to identify and recruit a qualified personnel for the Business Development Manager position.

The Business Development Manager will lead the marketing activities and acquire and grow new customers and accounts as well as expand the existing market share.

Responsibilities

Key Roles

• Opening new markets and expanding the existing markets
• Effective management of tender process to successful and timely sibmission.
• Enhancing publicity and awareness of WIB in and out of our niche market
• Conduct training to clients and prospects
• Establishing good working relations with various underwriters based on agreed SLA’s
• New product development
• Providing regular marketing intelligence reports
• Develop a marketing and business development plan and execute.

Education

• Bachelors Degree

Additional education

• Bachelors Degree in a Business-related Course

Experience

Additional experience

• At least 5 years experience in sales
• Professional insurance course is an added advantage
