Job description

Responsibilities

  • Know the entertainment schedule, area events, and daily specials. Check incident log and shift assignments.
  • Making mocktails, cocktails, milkshakes
  • Ensure all bar sitting areas are clean and in order
  • Ensure fridges are well stocked
  • Count previous day breakages & discard bottles

Requirements and qualifications

Education

  • Kenya Certificate Of Secondary Education

Additional education

Minimum secondary level education (KCSE)

Experience

2 Years

Additional experience

Experience of at least 2 years in a busy bar

Skills

  • PR

Additional skills

Be between the ages of 25 to 40 years
